Our community is situated on Highway 27 one mile north of Interstate 4, close by world-famous attractions like Walt Disney World (15 minutes), Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet & Wild and Gatorland all less than 25 minutes away, making this a much sought after location. All the usual amenities you would expect are within the surrounding area including 24 hour Super Mart, Publix Supermarket, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, T.G.I's, The Outback, Applbees China Buffet to name but a few!

Cancellations & Refunds |

will be refunded in full for all cancellations made
at least 999 days prior to the check-in date.

Booking Cancellations
The guest may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be made in writing or by e-mail. The following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 10 weeks before arrival Loss of Deposit
Between 5 to 10 weeks before arrival Loss of 50% of Total Cost
Less than 5 weeks before arrival Loss of 100% of Total Cost
We highly recommend that you take out travel insurance to protect your trip should the unexpected happen. We can offer this service through TravelGuard at the rate of 7% of your total booking fee. Please ask us for further details.
